THE COMPANY
My client is one of the leaders within the global consumer service industry. With a newer B2B division, this area brings together the shared expertise of the brand’s Power and Energy Construction Services teams in the UK, and members of the Americas and European Energy teams to deliver distributed energy solutions for business customers.

They expect to invest £700 million into the business by 2020. Combined, their businesses already have over 1,000 customers across 3,700 sites. In November 2015, they added a further 164 customers to our portfolio through a recent acquisition in energy management that has developed and delivered patented, wireless sensor technology across 750 sites in 30 countries.

THE ROLE

As part of a global team, build and run a demand generation and field marketing engine in ROW (rest of world region – primarily Europe) that will deliver marketing sourced pipeline (both direct and through channel partners) in support of the revenue targets of the ROW DE&P business. Responsible for business and strategic planning with local sales, marketing teams, omni-channel campaign planning and execution, guiding customer/partner/sales communications & enablement programmes, reporting & tracking, managing a small team.

  • Business & Strategic Planning: transform how the division engages and influences buyers in ROW.
  • Campaign Planning & Delivery: Working as part of a global team, design (or adapt) and deliver world class B2B campaigns for customer acquisition, development and retention that can scale across field sales, partners and customers.
  • Track, Measure and Refine: Accountable for all aspects of campaigns including lead scoring, lead nurturing and reporting across market segments and sector verticals.
  • Relationship Management: Build strategic sales, channel and marketing partnerships internally and externally, to influence, motivate, and move the business forward.
  • Content Marketing
  • Campaign and Sales Enablement/Communications
  • Agency and People Management

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

  • B2B Marketing expert with experience at developing and implementing integrated marketing and demand generation campaigns to a broad range of market segments, from INC to SME across multiple countries globally
  • Significant experience in digital marketing, including website optimisation for demand generation campaigns, digital tools and social media channels.
  • 8+ years of relevant B2B energy, technology or Telco marketing – across Europe
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse, multi-location, and geographical teams and partner successfully with Sales management across the region
  • Strong team player who is passionate, quality driven, technology savvy and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to effectively and efficiently work to deadlines and manage multiple projects across the organisation
  • Extensive knowledge of Marketing Automation systems, Salesforce.com and is advanced in their knowledge and use of digital platforms and social media channels

Please Note: there will be approximately 50% international travel involved with this role.
