Integrated Marketing Manager (EMEA)

Salt is excited to once again collaborate with one of the word’s largest, leading Software Giants and they seek to hire an (EMEA) Integrated Marketing Manager to join their team in an immediate starting, 12 month (min) contract position.

In this role, you will support in the delivery of their key objective of driving consideration and interest in their self-built tool. This opportunity has come about due to the influence brought about by the pandemic and the rapidly rising growth of digitising document processes to maintain business continuity and further acceleration in the adoption of cloud based digital documentation and e-signature solutions.

This role will sit within a team responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans that drive audience and business growth for Adobe Acrobat. They are specifically looking for a digital marketer who brings an audience-focused, modern approach to building marketing plans, campaign tactics, content and programs that create results at scale.

Key Role Requirements:

  • Bring new thinking and fresh perspectives on how, where and when the team can reach their audiences
  • Effectively lead and execute campaign plans in partnership with cross-functional teams (Social, Studio, External Agencies, Perf. Media, Lifecycle Marketing, Engagement and Retention etc)
  • Partner closely with Global teams in the US and the regional teams for APAC
  • Be a strategic partner to Product Marketing and GTM teams working together to deliver against all annual strategies and business goals.
  • Work closely with the campaign strategy team to formulate and drive pan-EMEA campaign marketing strateg
  • ies and execution tactics that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for their self-built tool.
  • Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams across the organisation to deliver the campaign across all tactics, activities and channels.
  • Project management of campaign launches including handling creative and media agencies while communicating details and timelines to cross functional marketing teams and business leads.
  • Work with the internal experts to apply audience insights and marketing analytics to deliver plans that achieve business targets and audience goals.
  • Work with the internal experts to create comms strategies that expand reach, drive relevance and fuel interest through partnerships, social channels, influencers, blogs, and new media channels.
  • Manage forecasts and budget for campaign executions in connection to quarterly and annual plans.
  • Take accountability for budget, resource allocation, and performance to plan against defined metrics.

Key Skills Required:

  • Hold 5+ years of digital marketing experience working on/with consumer and tech brands and products.
  • Experience working on campaigns with/at agencies focused on digital, social media, influencer marketing, and trans-creation of global campaigns for local markets
  • Proven track record of delivering results via attribution marketing programs.
  • Be a strong communicator with key attention to detail
  • Hold excellent project management skills and have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams across functions and in an international matrix organisation
