Internal Communications Manager – Hospitality & Leisure
St Albans (3 days office based and 2 remotes)
£55,000 OTE
I am currently seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join a small and close-knit team within the hospitality and leisure sector. You will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications across all areas of employee engagement. This is an established communications function, but it is currently in the process of updating its technology and processes. They are seeking someone experienced in change and transformation processes and supporting a business in transitioning to a modern way of working.
This is a creative role where you will use various channels to connect and engage with the wider business. You will work closely with senior leaders and the broader communications team to deliver business news and updates, and lead monthly newsletters, long service, and general award ceremonies. You will partner with people teams on diversity campaigns ensuring a passionate and loyal team. You will utilise video and write compelling content that delivers a key message and consistent tone of voice. This is a fast-paced and technical role that works on many exciting projects at one time, requiring you to be strategic and hands-on at the same time.
