Marketing Communications Officer

Purpose of the Role:

The Marketing Communication/ Media Manager/ Engagement Officer will be responsible for supporting and enhancing reputation with external stakeholders.

Looking for a Marcoms officer generalist with a great handle on media relations/ management.

Role:

Responsible for managing all marketing, communications and engagement activities for the housing, neighbourhood and building services directorate

Responsible for developing communications strategies and campaigns, producing creative marketing materials

Providing effective proactive and reactive media management and crisis communications, producing housing’s tenant/leaseholder magazine, engaging stakeholders and delivering internal communications for staff.

This post is responsible for managing two marketing officers and a new Kickstarter placement.

Start: Immediately

Contract: 10-11month FTC

Fully remote (may have the odd office meeting – Portsmouth)
