Events Marketing Manager – London Based – £30-34K plus Bonus

My client is a SaaS tech company with a dynamic team. With massive growth following a big injection of funding, they are recognised as one of the most innovative technologies in the world. And according to some publications – the hottest start-up! Their proposition is UX, analytics and optimisation platform, that helps business understand how and why users are interacting with their app, mobile and websites. With a strong portfolio of global clients, they are empowering team with invaluable customer insights.
The Role
· Lead the delivery of the brand’s UK and European events from concept to completion,
managing first and third-party events
· Manage the end to end campaign process including email marketing, social strategy, and
effective follow up and nurturing campaigns
· Collaborate across functions globally to deliver an effective event marketing strategy and
communications plan
· Work in close conjunction with the wider marketing and sales team, ultimately leading to
new client acquisition and retention
· Research and make final decisions on venues, suppliers, entertainment, design and
production
· Responsible for the on-the-day event management, managing logistics and staff
· Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients as well as internal teams.
The ideal candidate must have:
· At least 2 years’ experience of marketing campaign management within a B2B environment
· Strong background in events marketing including running and managing
· Demonstration of inbound marketing campaigns in order to help with demand generation for the sales team
· Exceptional project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders and a strong focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
· Strong negotiation skills, highly personable, and confident interacting in-person and over the phone with senior personnel
· Strong business acumen and ability to track ROI of events and campaigns
· Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation tool) is a huge plus
