Marketing Manager – Luxury Hotel Group – London – up to £40K + Bonus

The Company

Salt is partnered with a family-run luxury hotel group that has been established for over 50 years and have a number of 4 and 5-star hotels across England.

The Role

As the Marketing Manager, your purpose will be to manage all the marketing needs for this 5-star central London hotel. Helping to develop the marketing and brand strategy in line with the company’s goals and then successfully implement them whilst maintaining a high level of communications to senior stakeholder and managing the marketing budget.

Accountabilities

Planning & Strategy

• Developing the marketing and brand strategy in line with company objectives
• Preparing marketing and future campaigns
• Identifying target markets and developing relevant communication strategies
• Developing acquisition and retention strategy

Finance

• Annual budget planning
• Control of Marketing budget

Brand

• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Brand guardian
• Managing brand agencies

Marketing & PR

• Internal Communications
• Social Media strategy, working with influencers and PR agencies
• Attending industry events
• Reviewing copy
• Online Marketing – SEO, PPC
• Understanding of CRM
• Working with design agencies to create print material
