Our client has just completed Series A funding and are now looking for a Marketing Manager with B2B Tech industry experience to join the team of 30. Their product offers football clubs a technology-based training solution that helps improve player performance. Although, the current target market is football clubs, the tech is transferable to all sports and hence a company with massive potential to grow… This is your opportunity to get in on the ground and build your team in a rapidly growing business.

Minimum Qualifications:

3 years experience working as a marketing manager in a global B2B technology company. (Experience running campaigns)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating & working on marketing campaigns with the narrative of football or team sports
• Great communication skills with a strong analytical mind
• Passion for football

The Role

• Create the marketing plan and execute all elements from agency briefings to delivery (PR, BTL etc)
• Build brand & product awareness to generate leads for the sales pipeline
• Generate a data-driven hypotheses to improve marketing performance, execute split tests (A/B) and apply knowledge of basic statistics.
• Report & measure the performance of all marketing campaigns and asses against set goals (ROI & KPI’s)
• Identify trends, insights and optimize budget
• Manage suppliers and service providers
• Create schedules and maintain deadlines

What you need to apply

• Relevant B2B tech company marketing experience
• Experience using tools such as Marketo and Google analytics
• Basic performance insights (working with LinkedIn, Adwords, Twitter)
• Strong English (verbal & written)
• Creative approach
• Energetic & positive attitude
• Commercial mindset (to manage performance and budget)
