A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an ambitious digital marketer to join this leading online retail group.

The Role:

Reporting to the founder / CEO you will lead a small team of marketing executives with responsibility for the full mix of activities – implementing a strategy for website and app development, in-store data capture, organic and paid search, display, CRM, app store optimisation and social media.

The ideal candidate:

• Currently working in a digital marketing role, in an organisation with extensive ecommerce capability
• Keen interest in the latest technology developments and trends
• Data-driven and analytical, with a strong commercial and strategic mindset
• Customer focused
• Thrive in a flat, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, and excellent understanding of all digital channels
• Previous people management experience
• High-energy, brimming with ideas and the drive to make them happen
