Marketing Manager (Interim)

My client is a fantastic education and training Charity who provided excellent insights , training and best-practice to other companies in the indutry.

My client is looking for a Marketing Manager with good experience in promoting events. The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, scheduling and executing all marketing activity across email, print and social to support my clients events, charity initiatives and lead generation programmes.

You’ll be working closely with a variety of internal departments and external partners and providers. Great stakeholder management and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

* Creation and scheduling of activity across all marketing channels including websites, email, print, social, webinars etc

* Driving lead generation activity (top of funnel)

* Maximising customer retention

* Identifying opportunities for cross sell / up sell activity

* Planning and executing marketing activity for events

* Joining up marketing activity to maximise impact

* Working with the CRM team to produce target lists for outbound campaigns

* Managing relevant partnership marketing activity

* Driving continuous improvement using analytical data and recommendations from analyst

* Chairing internal meetings with business stakeholders to review progress versus agreed targets and the marketing plan
