MARKETING & PR EXEC – PROPTECH STARTUP – £35,000

Great opportunity to join a rapidly growing PropTech as one of the first marketers! You’ll work directly with the founder, quickly progress your career as the company grows and have the opportunity to build your own team

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Proven experience creating on-brand content.
• Enjoys building long-term relationships.
• Results driven and commercially minded individual

Key responsibilities:

• Create outbound digital marketing campaigns across designated vertices
• Research & develop marketing strategies for products and services
• Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information to improve marketing and sales performance.
• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Manage marketing programs from conception through to execution.
• Create and manage eye catching content including presentation decks, 1-page summaries and other marketing collateral required by the sales teams
• Regularly promote Narau through all social media platforms, using content you have created
