Salt’s client, a world renowned FMCG brand are sourcing for a Pure Play Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team. Supporting them in driving growth within specified markets on Pure Play Platforms, predominately on Amazon.

Key Role Requirements:

· Oversee media spend on pure play platforms ensuring its optimized.

· Using optimisation software to drive performance through trading activity.

· Manage the testing calendar, highlighting findings to relevant business functions.

· Ensuring successful creative formats to drive engagement and ultimately conversion.

· Oversee the forecasting of both sales and inventory and manage the revenue and budget numbers.

Key Skills:

· Strong understanding of process optimization and Ecommerce.

· Previous experience growing a business’s performance on a pure play platform.

· Commercial mindset with strong analytical and numerate skills.

· Confident using DSP, AMS and optimisation software.
