PR Manager

Purpose of the Role:

The external communication PR/Campaigns Manager will be responsible for supporting and enhancing reputation with external stakeholders, in particular; the UK national, regional and trade media.

As a Senior external communication PR/Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible:

1.To support and enhance reputation with external stakeholders and, in particular, the UK national, regional and trade media.

2.Support on press office functions engaging in issues management to ensure the best reputational outcome for the business.

3.Design and execute campaigns to meet the needs of business, consumer and corporate stakeholders. Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders and advisors to achieve this.

4.Support the production and delivery of integrated campaigns including web site content, social media content, photographic assets and news releases.

What we require from the candidate:

• Ideally experience working in a Listed company environment. Experience of a regulated industry, or a high-profile business a bonus.
• Strong media relations experience – especially in reputation and or issues management.
• Ability to write creative and engaging copy to satisfy both the media and internal objectives
• Experience in all forms of communications content, gained in either in-house or PR agency environment

Details:

Start: Immediately

Contract: 4months (initially)

Day rate: Up to £525 per day
