PR Manager – Healthcare

My client, a leading healthcare business, is in need of a Group PR & Public Affairs Manager to support the CMO on an interim 6-month contract with potential to extend.

The Role

• Work with CMO to develop and design press and public affairs strategy to reach agreed target audience
• Map stakeholders in target markets for the healthcare company
• Build and manage relationships with target journalists for the business
• Manage and enhance social media channels
• Work closely with sales team & CMO to identify news angles
• Develop creative press campaigns for the company to help increase visibility with target audience
• Monitor and track the company’s media performance and competitor news
• Develop thought leadership and content to help improve visibility of the company brand e.g. white papers
• Develop and manage stakeholder contact programme for key the company’s executives
• Identify awards opportunities for the business and manage awards applications process
• Track progress against agreed KPIs & develop and deliver activity reports for CMO
