Senior Product Marketing Manager

A leader in technology and innovation, this financial services and industry expert client is looking to make their first Senior Product Marketing Manager hire for their growing business. This is a critical role that will look at optimising the online client portal, driving the client experience through digital means.

The Role

This is a hands-on role that is best suited to an entrepreneurial candidate, who is agile and innovative. You will collaborate with various teams including product, service and software engineers, working to enhance the client experience and user journey through the client portal. You will build and implement end to end targeted campaigns for new service offerings and portal products, ensuring clients are using them and they are effective. This role includes multichannel content and technology focused campaigns inclusive of data, communications, marketing and strategy.

The Ideal candidate will come from a leading Technology company, currently working as a product marketing manager, optimising a digital product (Preferablly B2B). You will have built a digital product(portal) marketing strategy from scratch, can work in a hands on role and showcase a proven track record of delivering growth through product marketing.


  • Devise and execute go-to-market plans across their various markets
  • Develop and execute best-in-class go-to-market campaigns to support international launches
  • Involved at ideation phase, ensuring market need & value proposition are clearly defined
  • Enforce the brand guidelines across all collateral
  • Oversee the execution of targeted and effective email marketing campaigns, using triggers and automation, including ongoing optimisation and reporting
  • Utilise social media channels. ensuring audience and engagement growth in line with KPIs
  • Create offline collateral, including brochures and flyers, from copy through to distribution
  • Research, oversee and evaluate direct marketing campaigns (offline and digital), including working with sales teams for follow up and campaign metric reporting
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders within the Group, securing buy-in for marketing initiatives

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Significant experience in product marketing ideally B2B
  • Expereince in working with a B2B digital product such as a client portal or similar
  • Start-up technology or leading tech giant experience is essential
  • Expereince in working with product, service and software engineers in building digital products and client journeys
  • Experience of working with global teams and multiple stakeholders

This role allows 2 days working from home and 3 days office based (London)
