Product Strategy Specialist

Salt is excited to partner with one of Britain’s largest telecom companies on a new and exciting role for a Product Strategist to support them with the exciting growth of an internal digital incubation hub project. In this role, you will support the Lead Product Strategist with delivery of business goals and strategies, assisting with desk research and user interviews to aid with guiding the overall design strategy for product, aligning the UX Research and BI to help shape the product road-map.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a solid understanding of the business goals and user needs
• Identify and high impact research questions and opportunities whilst driving strategic design decisions
• Effectively work with scale-ups and start-ups to support them with commercial strategy building.
• Support in synthesising both UX Research and business data to help shape the product road map
• To conduct the UX research / competitive analysis and stakeholder interviews
• Synthesise research into a strategic approach to support key deliverables
• Perform UX Audits and analyse the data from various tools to provide insights on user behaviour

Qualifications / experience / skills:

• Strong understanding of tech and consumer behaviour
• Proven experience of Research skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
