Propositions Marketing Manager – Surrey – up to 60K plus Bonus

THE COMPANY
My client is one of the European market leaders in the technology software, where they offer a number of propositions around printing solutions. With their HQ based in Surrey, their team is constantly growing, helping the brand go from strength to strength.

THE ROLE
As Proposition Marketing Manager within the EMEA Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering and developing industry vertical print led propositions and toolkits. You will also manage throughout the product lifecycle; whilst being a brand champion and reporting on the sales/profitability and success of product.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and delivering the customer propositions for respective product ranges based on all quantitative and qualitative inputs and insights gained through all available sources and parties mainly from the brand Marketing Insights team as well as regional marketing teams with strategic guidance from the Marketing Strategy & Planning team;
• Responsible for making sure that developed propositions are completely in line with EMEA marketing strategy and consistent with other propositions with supervision provide by the GM for Product and Propositions
• Responsible for keeping propositions refined and up to date at all times based on feedback and changing customer needs
• Responsible for working directly wit appointed creative agencies to create and deliver sales toolkit to effectively communicate the industry vertical customer propositions with regional sales and marketing team for use
• Responsible for managing the product Lifecyle and profitability
• Responsible to be the ultimate contact point for all proposition related queries from regional sales and marketing teams acting as proposition champion for the responsible areas
• Responsible for making regular and ad hoc reports on sales status, supply and stock status, product feedback, all actions progress stratus etc. when required.

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

• At least 4-5 years’ experience within product marketing in the IT industry, preferably in printing technology with a deep understanding of the printing business model
• Deep knowledge and experience in product marketing within a B2B environment
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical and insight skills
• High level of attention to details especially numbers and data
• Effective communications skills with all levels/layers of the organisation both regionally and internationally
• Strong presentation skills.
