Sales and Marketing Manager

Salt is proud to partner with this rapidly growing Marketing Agency as they look to hire a Sales and Marketing pro for their team. This is an immediate starting position which is fully remote for the foreseeable. This role will sit withing their growing Business Development and Marketing team. Open to a part-time working candidate, your duties will be split across Sales, Marketing, Research and Reporting.

Very much an operational led role, you will support the team and wider client base with event organisation, effective liaison with internal and external creatives, contribute ideas to marketing needs, assist with data cleansing, competitor/client/industry research and general campaign reporting. This role is open to contract freelancers and also those seeking permanent placements as this opening has the potential to roll and progress to perm thereafter.

Key Skills Required:

• A clear, concise communicator who is driven and willing to share ideas for marketing initiatives
• Experience in agency/start-up environment is advantageous but non-essential
• Confident in client liaison and competent in the area of corporate language
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus but training will be provided if not
