My client is an all-in-one, cloud-based people management platform that gives fast-growing businesses a better way to engage and manage their employees.

They radically streamline admin and improves employees’ experiences with a smart mobile app, a personalised benefits store and inviting onboarding and survey tools. The rich real-time data in the company gives decision-makers valuable insights and helps employees feel more connected to the people they work with – wherever they are in the world.

Job Responsibilities

Working with the UK Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

Campaign management:

  • Lead the execution, management and measurement of all DM campaigns
  • Working with sales team leads to agree and implement data processes
  • Work with sales and marketing operations lead to track all campaign activity, analyse and summarize results
  • Build supplier network to source and order, quality, well priced gifts – with fast turnaround times when needed
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to oversee ongoing data collection
  • Manage social promotions and engagement for all campaigns – working with the head of content (based in Israel)
  • Effectively communicating all stages of the campaign with the UK sales team
  • Working closely with Head of UK Marketing to set strategy, KPIs and ensure best practice

Event Management:

  • Owning the UK events plan
  • Sourcing and liaising with speakers to ensure event details and agenda topics are clear
  • Adding events to the brand’s website and social channels – managing promotions and ensure KPIs re: attendees are met
  • Taking the lead on ensuring invites are sent to relevant data lists
  • Managing ‘on the day’ event logistics
  • Executing pre and post event nurturing campaigns
  • Handing leads over to the SDR team and ensuring successful follow ups
  • Collecting and collating attendee feedback on the event topic and experience
  • Drafting post event blogs

Sales support:

  • Keeping existing sales collateral up to date and relevant
  • Using the sales briefing form to determine when new collateral is needed – and what value it could add
  • Collecting regular feedback on uses and success of sales collateral
  • Keeping the sales team updated with collateral and content additions
  • Working with Head of UK Marketing and sales leads to build and measure targeted campaigns
  • Demonstrating best practice with all sales and marketing systems

Digital:

  • Understanding and communicating all marketing reports and KPIs
  • Supporting HQ team with social and web content as needed
  • Ongoing awareness and research around key words, PPC and organic SEO

Skills and requirements

  • At least 3 years B2B marketing experience (ideally in the technology sector) – including working directly with a sales team
  • Marketing, English language, or related degree preferred
  • A real passion for marketing and a desire to build a marketing career
  • Event management and copy-writing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong, commercial understanding of campaign and social media tracking
  • The ability and confidence to network and build relationships
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, fast growing start-up environment
  • Lots of creativity
  • A real can-do attitude and someone who gets things done!
