Senior Brand Communications Consultant (Part Time)

I am currently working with a fantastic design, fashion & lifestyle company who are looking to work with a Senior Brand Marketing Communications Consultant to work in a new Global Brand Communications Function for Planning and Activation across different Business Units.

Task:

• Improve brand quality and increase conformity to global standards while making others deliver campaigns that better suit the local realities and specificities of markets.

• Create new playbook for business unites to follow

Responsibilities:

The design of the corresponding process and templates that ensure markets receive input and deliver feedback with tailored Brand Comms’ toolkits and report pre-defined KPIs which should help measure campaigns’ success.

Review the base definition of points of interaction with Comms in the markets and other areas

Detailing of approach behind interaction including who needs to input what

Work with relevant stakeholders

Review and adapt straight forward templates of each interaction point

Review how to make actionable feedback collected from relevant tools

Establishment of KPIs to be reported so that the team can measure success and apply lessons learned in the future Team Skills & Training

Map the skills the team will need in the new landscape

Prepare tailored trainings related to Indirect Reporting Leadership, Negotiation Skills and Making it happen

Establishment of a high-level implementation plan

Day to day coordination, leadership and execution of all project deliverables

Provide technical depth on marketing and sales integrated with business and process modeling to define the right way of implementing it

Speed of execution and flexibility to adapt

Technical depth on marketing and sales integrated with business and process modeling

Human Factor know-how to guarantee engagement, buy in and unlock the individuals to make available their skills in the new landscape
