The Company
My client is one of the world’s most trusted global payments platform who are in the scale-up phase. Headquartered in London, they have an extensive client list made up of some of the best financial services companies.

The Role
The Senior Communications Manager will be the lead on all strategic communication initiatives, developing and sharing the strategic direction and be responsible for all corporate communications, PR, and supporting internal communications when relevant.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Build a communication framework and team strategy to implement best communications principles.
• Own the communication messaging and ensure the business is united in how we communicate externally.
• Manage the day-to-day PR activities in conjunction with PR agencies including drafting and approving press releases, media planning, reporting and measurement.
• Work closely with the exec team to develop an engaging internal communications strategy for the business.
• Support with the management of the Currencycloud brand proposition and messaging.

Key Skills and Experience

• 8-10+ years external communications/PR experience.
• Devising and running communication strategies, internal comms experience, understanding of social and digital campaign management
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and a high level of attention to detail
• Articulate, numerate, organised, hard-working, good listener, can build excellent relationships with colleagues
