Senior Director Digital Business Development

My client is one of the leading, multinational retailers in the world and are going through a digital transformation gearing their focus on their online businesses. They are currently seeking a Digital Business Development Senior Director. You will be taking ownership of their digital partner commerce and develop and manage their key business models. You will know how to build an integrated market strategy with the mindset to continually be looking for new and innovative ways to think outside typical sales channels.
The role will involve all aspects of strategy, what is takes to manage and drive both a brand and a commercial business, and setting a new partner development plan.
Some aspects of the role will be:

Identifying and evaluating new business models, setting the strategic direction, P&L modelling, selection criteria etc.

Develop implementation and operating frameworks for new business models, this would include overseeing first country pilot and management, and then appropriate market roll out

Management and development of existing digital commercial business models (partner program)

Drive implementation of relevant global and local sales strategies and initiatives to build business globally
