THE ROLE
Reporting to the Marketing Director; As Senior Marketing Manager, you will need to be an experienced marketing head with solid experience and passion in consumer marketing. Leading a good-sized team – you will manage the lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue generation and retention across all channels. You will be responsible to design and implement marketing strategies, create, plan and deliver relevant & effective multi-channel campaigns flawlessly and monitor results.
Working closely with different teams, agencies and other third parties, you will raise awareness of the brands superior service to achieve our business objectives. With strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills, you’ll be able to engage and excite the marketing team to deliver results.
Time management and organizational skills are critical in this role, so are the ability to focus, respect deadlines and prioritise workload. Creativity, structured and analytical thinking are significant advantage in achieving success in delivering campaigns, optimising messages and the channel-mix.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering the customer growth and revenue targets, both through new customer acquisition, retention of existing customers and product-mix management
- Develop and execute strategies for managing end-to-end the marketing funnel & customer life cycle
- Develop relevant marketing and brand strategies; foresee implementation through all channels ATL and BTL
- Liaise with agencies to create content and execute marketing campaigns for increasing brand awareness, purchase intentions, lead generation and customer acquisition
- Proactively manage churn and increase retention with relevant strategies and campaigns
- Review continuously market, competition and consumer trends and innovations
- Contribute to and plan commercial PR & events strategies and for liaising with external companies
- Collaborate with sales teams to propose and implement marketing strategies designed to drive more engagement with property owners and businesses to help expand the Brand’s footprint
- Assist Marketing Director for critical major business and transformation company projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver results
- Assist Marketing Director in identifying opportunities for third party commercial partnerships to boost awareness and customer acquisition
- Assist Marketing Director in budget management, CPA optimisation and campaign planning
- Work with Digital and CRM Marketing team members to create compelling campaigns and content, maximise business opportunities, improve performance and measure results at key touch points
- Work with Telesales teams to ensure that they have the right brief, content, training and tools aligned to marketing strategy and objectives
- Work with Customer Experience to optimise lead generation & nurturing campaigns to residents and maximise customer satisfaction
- Effectively lead, coach and develop marketing team members

- BA/MS degree in management, marketing, business or a related field
- Proven B2C marketing experience at Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing level.
- Experience of leading a marketing team – managing resource, coaching individuals and driving marketing capability and excellence
- Superior analytical skills, data-driven and critical thinking
- Experience in campaign planning and execution across all-channels and measuring results
- Experience in developing creative content, ability to work efficiently with agencies to develop effective, relevant and succinct messaging
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate experiments and performance reporting
- Superior communication & presentation skills, ability to convince senior management
- Strong commercial and business acumen, setting and delivering KPI’s against targets
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Action oriented, hands-on and entrepreneurial
- Curiosity, initiative taking, autonomy, ability to work independently and flexibly.
