THE ROLE

The position reports to the Head of Demand Generation based in London and will ensure that the market­ing plan is executed on-time and on-budget in the most effective and efficient manner possi­ble. This role will act as the liaison and central hub of communication between internal cre­ative teams, cross-functional partners, and external creative and media agencies, throughout the life of a campaign.

To be successful in this role, your passion and well-organized ability for creating campaign programs and reaching big demand generation goals, will have an enormous impact on our success. Combined with your exceptional and professional demand generation skills, you will be the star that delivers quality outcomes while working under tight deadlines. The ideal can­didate will have strong communication skills, stakeholder management (internal & external), project management and cradle to grave knowledge of campaigns. The environment is fast moving and the skills to work in a fast paced environment, being agile and the ability to roll up your sleeves and have a “get stuff done ” attitude is key. You will be able to manage multi­ple tasks across strategic design, designing, implementing and optimizing campaigns.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build and execute integrated strategic marketing campaigns aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets, including but not limited to ABM campaigns and demand generation campaigns

· Create schedules, determine resources, estimate time, track costs and project completion requirements.

· Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of the marketing plan and collab­orate with sales development and sales to ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads

· Establishes and maintains appropriate processes, procedures, and job tracking to keep deliverables on time and on budget

· Anticipates and effectively mitigates challenges and project blockers; consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or budget implications.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Marketing including SaaS business experience in a high-growth software or accelerated growth environment

* Great time management, along with superb agency management skills

* Proven background in Campaign Development and Account Based Marketing desirable

* Self-motivated, proactive in understanding business needs, and takes initiative

* Recognized for delivering memorable, effective campaigns that support Sales Teams and company

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously including on-time delivery of cam­paigns, on budget, and with existing resources all with exceptional attention to detail and impeccable execution

* Experienced in managing and influencing cross-functional team members including Sales, Marketing and Executives

* Working knowledge of Salesforce.com. HubSpot knowledge a bonus
