The Role
You will be responsible for creating strategic marketing frameworks for stakeholders to work within, along with delivering strategy projects in relation to proposition, distribution channels and strategic marketing planning.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with commercial & functional colleagues to assist in the development of both short and mid-term marketing strategy to support commercial and customer aspirations, including the delivery of the annual marketing and integrated communications plan
• Support the creation of appropriate frameworks for marketing initiatives to act as guidelines for customer, proposition and market development
• Act as the lead on the use of our market based consumer segmentation to support the identification of key design targets for the business to seize optimal and profitable growth opportunities
• With commercial and marketing teams support the ongoing refinement and development of the product line strategy PLS aligned to our segmentation to establish a framework for proposition development and innovation going forward

Key Skills and Experience

• Degree Qualified or equivalent
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Experience of building new and embedding new processes
• Relevant experience in social /digital marketing and communications
• Very strong customer focus and good attention to detail
