I am currently working with an amazing retail client; you’ll be part of innovation that makes a real difference in the lives of people worldwide. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to join one of the world’s most creative companies, driving innovation forward and working in a environment that is open and collaborative and facilitates sharing of the rare knowledge and expertise that each individual brings.

Powered by deep analytics and industry-leading technology, this team is an intuitive audience platform, delivering meaningful ad experiences to reach the right people across Smart TVs, mobile and desktop. You will work closely with the Head of Ad Product for Europe to deliver a number of strategic projects and products – the “programme of work”.

You’ll join the team on a 12 month PAYE contract initally.

Responsibilities:

  • Play an important role in the growth of Ads across Europe, ensuring key strategic projects and ad products are launched in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the world to deliver the programme of work
  • Work closely with our London based Product Managers to ensure all European ad products, data integrations and strategic partnerships are launch-ready, including go-to-market plans with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Oversee all day-to-day tasks needed to deliver the programme of work, including running weekly sync calls with global stakeholders and project teams, preparing agendas and meeting notes, and chasing owners for actions.

Skills Needed to Apply:

  • Strong influencing skills that drive a sense of urgency and engagement throughout the organisation
  • Knowledge of programme and project management methods including Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and PRINCE2.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures, as well as procurement and approval processes within large organisations.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs, integrations with DMPs and third-party data providers, and viewability and verification companies.
  • Knowledge of current data privacy legislation, including GDPR, PECR and ePrivacy.
  • Experience leading programmes of work within the media and adtech industry, ideally with publishers, media owners or sales houses.
  • Experience working in the Advanced Advertising industry, with a good understanding across broadcast TV, addressable TV, CTV, video, display and digital.
