£80,000 – £90,000 Base plus bonus and shares

London City- hybrid working

My client is a leading global specialist currency exchange provider. They provide dedicated international money transfers around the world in over 120 countries, providing comprehensive money exchange services to minimise the risk for customers. Their services include standard currency exchange, forward exchange transactions, and more for individual users and businesses. They pride themselves in being reliable, offering a very high-quality service whilst offering trustworthy exchange rates.

THE ROLE

This Senior Project Marketing Manager is a critical hire and newly created role, working directly with the CMO work on a global brand alignment. You will be the glue that holds everything together and will be the driving force across marketing. Working in collaboration with a marketing team of 30-40 people across the globe in different time zones, you will ensure all goals, deadline and projects are being pushed through and delivered on time. You will be comfortable in leading peers and colleagues and be a strong communicator who Is known for getting things done. This role will require someone with previous global project management experience, working with large marketing teams and reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.

YOU

• Experience in a similar role ideally within Fintech or the Payments industry
• Effective project management experience on a global scale including UK, EU, APAC and US markets including working across various time zones
• Can lead a large team of colleagues and peers of up to 30 people
• Can help define strategy as well as drive execution
• Comfortable working in a standalone role
• Strong and diplomatic stakeholder manager
• Strong end-to-end agency management experience
