Subscription Marketing Manager

My client, a leading fintech company, is on the hunt for a Subscription Marketing Manager who can support with the strategy and execution for their B2B side of the business.

This role will be a 2-3 month contract initially and is outside of IR35.

The role will play a pivotal role on the B2B marketing team, driving their proposition development and implementation for subscription marketing to drive loyalty and up-selling to their customers.

This role will suit someone who has worked with a subscription business previously in a loyalty or life-cycle marketing role.

This person will have the support of a team of data and web analytic, content and CRM colleagues; however, the client is after someone who has the ability to lead and guide their slightly more junior colleagues.

The focus of this role will focus on these key tasks…

• Owning subscriber intelligence – from reporting to behavioural insights
• Driving subscriber engagement and retention campaigns
• Driving loyalty and delivering a customer advocacy programme
• Implementation of churn reduction programmes
• Design and execution of marketing campaigns to hit KPIs

The ideal candidate will have…

• 4+ years’ experience in a subscription and loyalty marketing role
• Experience using data insight and intelligence to shape acquisition and retention initiatives
• An ability to:
• Address churn and engagement through propensity modelling and segmentation
• Coordinate and execute acquisition campaigns
• Manage promotions and discounts to the subscriber base
• Communicate product features and benefits to improve value
• Be passionate about subscription marketing, implementing best practices and improving efficiencies
