Head of Marketing – FMCG

Remote Working – £70-80,000

My client is a rapidly growing FMCG brand which has a strong sustainable focus being one of the only brands in their area to be made 100% in Britain. They are a global brand, operating in 40 countries across the world, sold online and in all major retailers.

They are looking for a Head of Marketing, to help hire, build and develop their marketing team, all whilst defining their brands strategy. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar position for a FMCG brand and will be willing to be hands on and strategic. Additionally, they will have proven management experience.

Key Responsibilities

· You will have 5-7 years’ experience in a high-performance marketing function, preferably within a FMCG digital first brand.

· Experience hiring, supporting and managing a team.

· Experienced in creating innovative strategies to drive brand growth.

· Experience managing a marketing budget across multiple channels and delivering to ROI targets.

· Strong communicator.

· Commercially minded and entrepreneurial in nature, thriving in a fast-paced, growing business

· Marketing strategy and planning: design marketing strategy and operational plan for the brand and each relevant product across all relevant channels based on deep understanding of the business, product, and relevant marketing strategies

· Content marketing and social media

· Reporting & analytics: build fact-base to be able monitor and report results of all activities and make commercially sound recommendations.
