The Client
My client is one of the biggest names in online gaming who have offices all over the world. This role will be based in their centralised office in the heart of central London.

The Role
You will define the and lead the Marketing Product roadmap, planning and execution, managing a team of experts and guiding 3rd parties, as well as internal development teams. You must have a deep understanding of Customer Acquisition systems and methodologies.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Set and monitor goals and objectives to deliver cohesive and effective Marketing products
  • Run the team and processes in accordance with the Agile culture and methodologies used across the business
  • Ensure solutions developed always support the optimal customer experience
  • Oversee the end-to-end development cycle, from requirements gathering through to the testing and deployment

Key Skills and Experience

  • Deep knowledge of Marketing systems and processes
  • Proven effectiveness in identifying and delivering business efficiencies
  • Comfortable with technology/IT to be able to lead dev cell(s)
  • Background in digital native or highly digitized business
  • Strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to make progress
