Fantastic opportunity to join a World leading EdTech Scale-up, with over 100 million users across the Globe!

I’m looking to speak to experienced Growth Marketing Director’s to strengthen my client’s Marketing leadership team.

You will be tasked with developing a world-leading Growth strategy to achieve ambitious revenue & growth targets on a global scale

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years Growth/ Digital marketing experience in a mobile-first scale-up
• Global experience is vital and ideally, you will have worked in a subscription-based business
• Experience managing & scaling a multi-million-pound budget
• Experience building & leading an international marketing team
• You will have a team to manage but its vital you can be hands-on with your execution
• A mix of creative & an analayst. Experience optimising towards LTV:CAC

What the role will consist of:

• Develop a world-class, integrated growth marketing strategy across all channels in order to drive revenue and new customer growth globally
• Build & lead a high performing growth team across a mix of digital channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Organic Search, Affiliate Marketing & Display)
• Optimise the ‘New customer journey’ to increase conversions
• Monitor performance across markets and audience segments, identifying opportunities to scale and efficiently drive new customer growth
• Optimise LTV:CAC
• Develop a central audience strategy to inform targeting, ensuring continual creative and channel testing across markets
• Working closely with the creative steam to build a messaging matrix to inform ongoing MVT and improve conversion rates
