Fantastic opportunity to lead the marketing function for One of the UK’s fastest-growing start-ups with 850% YoY growth in 2020 in the Health & Fitness space

This is an opportunity to help scale a global consumer brand in of the UK’s fastest growth start-ups (an interest in Health & Fitness would be an advantage!)

Main Mission

• Work directly with the leadership team to build a best in class D2C Growth & Acquisition strategy & build out a marketing team to further growth, brand & community

Requirements

• Experience working with a high growth start-up in a D2C Growth/Acquisition/E-Com/Digital marketing role
• 3+ years experience scaling a D2C start-up
• Solid growth experience (Paid social, Brand partnerships, CRM, retention)
• Executional experience (this is a ‘roll up your sleeves’ executional role to begin with)
• Ideally, you have a passion for Health, Fitness, The Planet & are a hardworking positive person

Day to day Responsibilities

• Create the companies overall growth strategy
• Build & manage a fast-paced marketing team
• Understand the companies brand and help build the community
• Create, manage & optimise customer acquisition funnels
• Provide regular performance forecasts & overviews to stakeholders
