Exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B growth marketer to join a rapidly growing tech scale-up dominating the influencer marketing space!

I am looking to speak to analytical/data-driven Growth marketing managers looking to take the step up to Head of Growth

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality inbound leads through paid and organic channels, while also testing and improving conversion rates across the funnel

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop & execute the growth marketing strategy
  • Generate new leads through paid channels, including but not limited to GoogleAds, Facebook & Instagram
  • Report on performance & data from all marketing channels to stakeholders. Then, optimise channels and test & scale new acquisition channels
  • Scale current SEO strategy to convert organic traffic
  • Liaise with freelancers to create engaging blog & product posts
  • Map out user journeys and creating targeted email workflows and drip campaigns to optimise MOFU.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Product team to improve growth
  • Increase awareness of the brand across the globe

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Marketing / Growth experience in a B2B Tech/Saas start-up environment
  • Experience in planning and executing paid campaigns on ​paid search and paid social.
  • Experience on-boarding freelance content writers & executing an SEO strategy
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
  • Very data/analytical driven
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up
  • ‘Hands-on’ marketer (must be able to execute on your own strategy)
