Head of Digital – Cambridgeshire/Northamptonshire – up to £90K with fantastic benefits package (OTE £120K)

With a direct consumer sales proposition in place, it’s time they move the digital boundaries, where this role will be critical in contributing to their five-year goal… of becoming a £100m Business!

You will not only lead and shape the business to deliver rapid international growth through a digital strategy; but you’ll also impact the business to become more efficient, remove pain points and deliver on business objectives where efficiency gains, cost savings and improved customer experience is needed. Ultimately, you will play a strategic role in the business and cultural transformation, to assure business growth and success in the coming decade.

The ideal candidate:

· You’ll have a proven track record of delivering digital transformation in businesses at the same digital infancy as my client

· Experience and knowledge of project management principles, including both waterfall & agile practices, tools & methodologies

· Experience of working closely with Marketing and Sales teams in a commercially driven organisation

· Experience of working in a manufacturing business

· Strong leadership skills, with extensive technology, business transformation and business process management experience.

· Customer advocate & CX expert.

· Strategic, visionary & pragmatic, focusing on execution.

· Holistic business understanding of all Functions (Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance).

· Open minded, quick & avid learner, with business acumen, evaluating emerging technologies and best practices, learning from competitors at a global level but also across industries.

· Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects, juggling competing priorities, and meeting deadlines.

· Leadership and communication skills to inspire, engage and align individuals and teams.
