Head of Marketing (HealthTech) £90k-£100k

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our rapidly growing team. This is a unique experience to join a fast-growing start-up and play a key role in the shaping of the marketing strategy. What you will be working on

We’re looking for a ‘hands-on’ marketer with a strong mix of B2B and B2C experience. A candidate who can plan and execute our B2B customer acquisition strategy and also build upon our brand to attract more B2C custom.

Requirements

• Strong B2B Performance marketing experience (Customer acquisition/Lead Generation)
• Good experience in B2C brand building
• Experience in building an online community and engaging with the target audience for LTV
• Experience in running targeted campaigns
• Experience creating personalised engaging content (Gamification)
• Experience working directly with Stakeholders
• Experience working in a business model with strong partnership relationships
• Experience working in fast-paced high growth start-up environment (Pharma /MedTech preferred but not essential)

(Industries potentially of interest are: Subscription-based, Utilities background)
