£75,000 – £85,000 + Equity

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing with a strong background in B2C brand building and B2C Growth + Customer Acquisition

This is a unique experience to join a fast-growing start-up in the Health-tech space and play a key role in the shaping of the marketing strategy. This is a great opportunity to access fast career growth in a stimulating start-up environment and to take significant ownership

Role requirements

• Experience creating & executing a full B2C marketing function (Your main focus would be to build out the brand whilst delivering growth through performance channels)
• Experience in building an online community and engaging with the target audience for LTV
• Optimising performance channels to acquire new users
• Experience creating and maintaining strong partnership relationships
• Experience working in a fast-paced high growth start-up environment
• Oversee hiring and growth of the marketing department and provide personal development support and feedback to build a high-performing team

Your day-to-day

• Creating the company’s marketing vision
• Grow a clear and appealing brand, with creatives that sets us apart. Developing strategies to refine and expand our brand identity as we grow
• Setting objectives and key results, taking responsibility for user acquisition and retention through paid, organic, and partnership channels
• Working closely with the research study delivery, tech, and product teams to deliver a seamless and best in class experience for our users
• Identifying and testing new creative and new channels for user growth
• Working with our B2B sales and commercial team to support business growth through lead generation, nurturing, content marketing, webinars, and other approaches
