HEAD OF MARKETING
B2B SAAS (HEALTHCARE)
£100,000 – £120,000
Role purpose:
Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for positioning the company as the market leader in the Health-care industry.
You will own the entire marketing strategy, drive demand and play a pivotal role in the company’s ambitious growth plans
Responsibilities:
- Create a detailed and actionable marketing strategy that delivers results and supports the company to meet its revenue goals
- Owning the broad pipeline model and forecast for the business
- Measuring, analysing and reporting on campaign ROI and marketing influence to ensure we can layer additional investment where required, and communicating this effectively across the business
- Create content with audience in mind & ensuring a consistent brand tone of voice
- Acquire customer sign ups through both digital and offline channels, organic and paid, while seeking to continuously improve CAC. and LTV, cost per lead, make data driven and informed decisions relating to marketing spend
Requirements:
- We’re looking for a commercially driven marketing professional with high growth SaaS startup experience (ideally you will have helped a saas company scale from $1-3m ARR to $10m ARR
- You have built, led and developed a growing team and have strong management skills
- You have 5+ years of demand generation or Account Based Marketing experience, including 2+ years in a subscription-based SaaS technology setting working with a Sales team
- You have a full understanding of demand gen strategies and tactics including email, digital, content syndication, direct mail, events etc
