They are looking for a Head of Marketing to join the team to work on some key areas of marketing: Lead Gen (Get New Partners onboard), Brand Awareness, Content, Communication & Engagement with members

Your Day to Day

• Build and lead a marketing team across B2B and B2B2C (including Product marketing, performance marketing, brand, comms, and content marketing) Lead this team with your Growth plan
• Develop & execute the Growth Marketing strategy across awareness, engagement, acquisition & retention
• Drive product and product positioning
• Identifying new channels and diversify ways to drive customer acquisition
• Driving funnel growth with creativity and execution skills to drive leads
• Developing and driving discovery of our owned content
• Tracking, measuring and optimising channel and campaign KPIs
• Partner Marketing (Collaborate with partners to develop plans and execute effective marketing campaigns to launch and ensure high user engagement throughout the partnership)

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ Years experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing with 4+ years leading a team
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS, Tech or on-demand platform
• Proven track record of increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention
• Proven success scaling a multi-disciplinary marketing team in a high-growth environment
• Solid experience designing and executing marketing strategies + demand generation campaigns
• Great written, visual and verbal communication and a compelling storyteller
