Fantastic Head of Marketing opportunity in the Real Estate sector!

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing OR a Senior marketer looking to step into their first Head of role to work with one of Mayfair’s most prestigious Real Estate companies!

Working directly with the founders you will be responsible for raising the companies profile across all aspects of marketing (Digital, Social, PR, Awards, Events)

You will also have the opportunity to build your own marketing team!

What we’re looking for:

– 5+ years senior Marketing experience (ideally you have broad experience across Digital, Social, PR, Brand, Content)

– Someone with fresh ideas (It’s no secret the real estate industry can be ‘old hat’ with its marketing!) We’re looking for someone to be creative with our marketing!

– Stakeholder experience

– Good experience with Brand & Video production teams

– Ideally experienced with: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

– Budget management

– Ownership of large project experience

Main Responsibilities

– Creating the strategic vision of the marketing department in line with business needs

– Hire & build the marketing team

– Understand and feed into the overarching businesses marketing strategy and create marketing plans across brand and investment projects

– Manage marketing departments budget

– Management of a growing internal marketing team and external agencies (Expanding the current list of suppliers and agencies where needed)

– Create collaterals and content to help the sales team pitch for investments

– Campaign management across paid social, webinars, email marketing and direct mail

– Responsible for content marketing in-house and management of external agencies. Create a variety of content across; thought leadership positioning, blogs, webinars, videos, interviews, and animations

– Responsible for digital marketing; handle the inhouse social media and manage external agency for website updates. Ensuring content is optimised for SEO and our presence expanded across LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter

– Responsible for event planning and award application to expand brand awareness further positioning investment agents’ profiles in the correct forums
