My client is an exciting and dynamic boutique company in the creative industry. They are a small but friendly team where creative output is not only encouraged, it is essential. The team is circa 30 and they operate in the B2C and B2B space. They are looking for someone who is as passionate about performance marketing as they are about creative. Being part of a small team means you can really make a tangible difference and effect the growth of the company. It’s a fun and dynamic environment where knowledge sharing is the mantra.

This role will head up the acquisition team, helping shape the channel mix and agency support solution. It is a critical role, as the company is in a period of exciting change. Key channel mix covers – PPC (primary channel, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display). You will need to have experience in a head of role, and have worked with agencies from selection to performance management.

Essential Experience:

• Excellent communication skills. Articulate and positive at all times
• Experience of Google tools; Adwords, Webmaster, Analytics, Double Click
• Media agency management experience
• 5+ years marketing experience in a brand/ service ecommerce environment, preferably with strong B2B experience
• 3+ years leading an acquisition marketing team with proven hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates and digital advertising
