Main Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a large Paid Social and Content team – delivering campaigns across over multiple countries
• Drive the Paid Social team to generate more orders via web and app through media buying on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & Snap
• Define, own and manage the implementation of the Paid Social strategy in collaboration with local teams across the globe
• Identify and shape opportunities to drive automation and increase efficiency of media buying and account management
• Work with brand teams to ensure we have consistent creative messaging across all display channels
• Innovate through tool development to automate everyday tasks and increase efficiency
• Recommend and implement attribution model
• Drive growth of Paid Social within the overall media mix
• Develop and grow the Paid Social team

Essential skills/experience:

• You have at least 6 years of experience in Paid Social with a focus on Facebook & Twitter performance advertising
• You have at least 3 years proven experience leading a team
• You are passionate about content and creatives that drive impact and have experience working with content across all performance marketing channels
• You are an expert on Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization and audience management as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting
• You are able to devise and execute a paid social strategy throughout all its different phases
• You have an excellent operational understanding of tracking and analytical tools
• You can manage several projects from start to end, across several stakeholders with varying levels of involvement
• You are fluent in English (written & spoken), more languages are a plus
• You thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and are quick to adapt to changes
