An excellent opportunity has arisen within a well known FMCG client that is a household name.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Design Manager to come in and lead the experience design team to ensure brand consistency across all their touchpoints. They are based in the heart of London, the team is global and ambitious with a social environment

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the design process to ensure an agile creative working environment
• You will be responsible for the creative direction of projects- including agency briefings, managing stakeholders etc…
• Translate insights into design ideas and brand opportunities
• You will have the opportunity to create design principles covering multi- channel touchpoints
• You will support the existing design team to bring this to life globally

About You:

• Ideally you will have previous experience in leading product design and innovation products is preferred
• You will have a minimum of 7 years experience as design manager or within design strategy
• You will come from either an agency or clientside background- but have the ability to be extremely client facing
• Demonstrated leadership in driving change in design culture, thinking and process
• You will be a good communicator, have strong leadership abilities
