The Role

Newly created to accelerate digital transformation, this is a unique opportunity for a senior Digital Marketing Director to join a global consumer brand.

Main job responsibilities

• Develop and lead digital marketing programmes for a portfolio of major brands across multiple digital platforms
• Act as the internal digital brand champion, inspiring creative ideas that will bring best in class analytics and insights to serve the customer
• Drive strategy across all digital touchpoints
• Partner internal teams (insights, media, analytics, brand), and lead key agency relationships to define digital and brand strategies
• Help incubate new digital initiatives to drive business growth
• Push the organisation forward into the next phase of its development

Skills & Experience

• Significant digital marketing experience, with a deep understanding of all marketing channels including search, content, social and mobile
• Highly analytical, numerical and data-driven, with strong experience in paid, owned and earned marketing
• Strong brand marketing and customer focused background, gained in a global matrix environment (Agency or in-house)
• A change-agent who can bring new ideas to life
• A diplomatic leader, with a proven ability to inspire and manage multi-disciplinary teams, including technical and third party
• Commercial and strategic mindset
• Exceptional stakeholder management experience, influencing and engaging key relationships at senior director level
