HR / Learning and development and talent manager – Contract – Brussels
Rate: 500 – 600 per day
Duration: 6 months
Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience, you manage the following areas of expertise:
1. Learning and development
-Analyse the learning and development needs at corporate level and integrate these needs and requirements in the further set up and roll out.
– Coordinate the set-up of a (renewed) Belgian soft skills training offer. This set up and implementation will be in close cooperation with the supporting team.
2. Skills
– Follow up on the implementation of the Career and Development Conversations, linked to the corporate soft skills model
– Business alignment and implementation on technical skills (incl social dialogue).
3. Talent management (Talent review/succession planning)
– Ensure a framework for follow-up on talent review and succession management results is in place, adapted and further expanded where needed.
– Understand overall status of the talent pipeline and drive implementation of talent actions and initiatives at a regional and global level to enhance a sustainable talent pipeline.
– Be actively involved in further developing and linking learning and development in to talent management and succession planning.
– Contribute to positioning talent management and succession planning towards HR Business Partners, senior management and social partners.
– Collaborate with other HR stakeholders on talent management related topics.
4. Social Partners
– Regular dialogue with the social partners is required on each of the above mentioned topics.
Your Profile:HR / Learning and development and talent manager – Contract – Brussels
-Very good knowledge of English.
-Good knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset
-Minimum 6 years of experience in HR in a corporate environment
-Minimum 3 years of experience in projects related to learning and development and talent management
-Able to quickly grasp a complex business environment
-Excellent communication skills towards HR colleagues, business and social partners
-Sound influencing skills
-Strong in both conceptual thinking (e.g. alignment with HR strategy) and operational delivery (e.g. writing project descriptions and support materials)
-Fit with the values (Respect, Effective, Accountable, Client First, Helpful)
