New Business

  • Executive oversight on key client accounts
  • Overall accountability for the winning of new business
  • Advising on and delivering pitches
  • Maintaining a network of clients and leveraging this to meet the performance goals of the studio
  • Accountability for a consistent and accurate pipeline
  • Showcases our work to new and prospective clients

Client Development

  • Building rapport with key clients
  • Developing the client team and coaching to increase client development
  • Complete ownership and oversight of the client facing relationship for products and programmes of work
  • Identifies new opportunities to grow the business within current and new accounts
  • Moderate client conflicts
  • Oversee all client communication, and own all senior client client communication on key accounts

Client Strategy

  • Deliver strategic advice for clients
  • Studio expert on industry trends
  • Oversees and guides brand strategy for LDN

Studio Leadership

  • Oversee the coaching and development of the senior leadership team
  • Set the vision and direction for the studio
  • Be an advocate and consultant for team dynamics
  • Participates in global initiatives to drive the agency forward

Commercial Focus

  • Overall accountability for budgeting and P&L
  • Attending pipeline and forecasting meetings
  • Ensuring the team and self accurate tracking of time spent on client work

Work Quality

  • Ensure pitch win rate remains high through quality of output
  • Oversee client service team output

Product

  • Work closely with our in-house and client product teams, and support changes required, and provide ideas and business lead strategies that ensure long term results.
