Strategy Lead – Product, UX, UI, Design & Build

Your experience may not be that of a traditional Strategist or Client Services professional but you have a passion for all things UX, UI and Product from a design and build perspective.

You may come from an agency with a focus on Mobile, App, Retail or Customer Experience Strategy OR a consultancy where you lead innovation and product conversations. You could even be client side doing digital transformation. As long as you can develop strategic concepts, deliver them to senior stakeholders in a consultative manner, work with designers and developers to build these products and then present back with a commercial and business hat on, this is for you.

As a start-up with a unique offering, you’ll be joining a team of experts and learning from the very best. You will have joint responsibility for building long lasting relationships with clients and actually become embedded into their teams.

A huge part of this position is client strategy – talking to clients about what products they should build and explaining why. You are their consultant. Their sounding board. You need to be patient, personable and confident enough to have serious and difficult conversations at times.
