Senior SEO Manager – Independent agency – West London – competitive salary

The Company

My client, based in West London, is an independent agency in an exciting stage of their growth. They are a performance marketing agency and a close-knit team of specialists who are all focused on driving the agency forward. It’s a very fun, yet dynamic environment – table tennis/playstations etc… They provide a great atmosphere for your enjoyment, but they expect the best in return.

The Role

They are looking to set up an in-house SEO team, having historically outsourced it. A couple of recent big client wins have made it a very exciting year ahead for them. They need someone who is still execution focused but with the seniority and strategic oversight to be able to build the SEO team around them.

Key requirements:-

• At least 4 years’ experience in SEO
• Prior agency experience is desirable
• Previous experience managing a team
• Fluent English
• Demonstrable experience of setting up an SEO team within an agency environment
• Experience across both technical and content focused SEO is essential
