The Company and Role

My client is a successful D2C retailer in the Health and Wellness industry. They have 2 ground-breaking products which are shaking up the market. They were recently named one of 2021’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company – and technology and innovation are central to their mission. They are a small yet diverse team with a big growth mentality. They are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to come in and drive organic growth. The role will be working In the Acquisition team, alongside Paid Search Manager, Senior Paid Media manager and Customer Insight Manager.

Key focus and requirements:-

• Developing and implementing effective organic search strategies
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistent approach to the organic marketing
• Take ownership of analysing performance data using findings to inform strategy
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend/implement fixes
• 3+ years’ experience
• Global experience (main markets are UK and USA)
• Expert in web analytics and data analysis
• CMS management of journal content (which has been created to drive SEO)
