Seo Marketing Manager

I am currently recruiting for a leading travel company, as they look for an SEO Marketing Manager, to develop and execute their SEO Strategy.

The Core objective with this contract is to increase traffic and conversion, to improve organic visibility and rankings, and advice SEO technical best practise guidelines and implementation on the website.

Main Role Responsibilities:

• Defines SEO roadmap and strategy, to include website audits, keyword research, outreach campaigns, content strategy and landing page creation.

• Manages SEO agency to ensure campaigns are planned, managed and monitored to improve organic rankings and deliver booking and revenue targets.

• Runs regular technical SEO audits and implements recommendations to optimise SEO performance.

• Identifies opportunities to make site improvements based on analytics and competitor insights as well as industry best-practices.

• Manages SEO content publication through the website’s CMS as required.

• Produces and distributes detailed analysis of SEO performance and upcoming roadmap of activity across the Group.

• Works with UX team to optimise landing pages and provide insights into conversion rate improvements.

• Ensures SEO is front of mind for the business, sharing best practise, developments and trends with relevant stakeholders. Keeps up to date with changes in the industry and is able to report back to the business the potential impact.

Skills:

Must have:

• Min. 2 years PPC experience (agency or client side).

• Experience of working with bid management tools (DS3, Kenshoo, Marin or similar).

• Expert in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

• Data analysis; ability to identify actionable insights from large data sets.t

• Expert understanding and use of current PPC tools and practical, demonstrable experience of keyword research.

Preferred:

• Fluency in another language (Spanish, French or German).

• Experience of working in International teams, and matrix organisations.

• Experience of SEO and other digital channels.

• Experience of working in the travel industry.
