Because of their continued success and growth, they are now seeking a CRO manager to joint heir team – which is where YOU fit in! They are looking for an intuitive, self-starter to work on optimising their various digital products to help drive conversion improvements.

Responsibilities/ You must have:

• Be proactive in analysing data and recommending improvements using the results as evidence
• Engage the audience using multiple test and experiment methods to gain first hand insights
• Work with the greater conversion and product team to help improve core products
• Have previous experience within a transactional business
• Be able to report back to senior management team with actionable outcomes
• Identify and help to improve key UX and UI improvements
