Digital Analytics & CRO Lead

Global retailer – £80,000

This is the first analytics hire for this well-known retail business that continues to drive their eCommerce business, reporting to the eCommerce Director this person will drive digital insights as well as run the CRO function.

This role will suit a Digital/ Web Analyst who has 5 plus years experience in insights and optimisation and is wanting a hands-on role where they can own and grow an analytics function.

Experience required:

• Previous experience as a digital analytics lead/Manager, ideally within retail or FMCG.
• Knowledge and extensive experience of analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and in-page analytics tool Clicktale.
• A detailed understanding of how to apply digital analytical toolsets to solve business problems and deliver ROI (e.g. behavioural targeting, A/B, MVT)
• Significant track record of analysing digital channel performance and optimising digital experiences within a retail business.
